Blackpool Lights es el primer   publicado por The White Stripes. El  consta de 26 temas grabados en "The Empress Ballroom" en la localidad costera de Blackpool el 27 de enero y el 28 de 2004, y dirigida por Dick Carruthers. Entre estos temas, hay algunos covers como "Take a Whiff on Me" (Leadbelly), "Outlaw blues" (Bob Dylan), "Jack the Ripper" (Screaming Lord Sutch), "Jolene" (Dolly Parton) , "Death Letter" (Son House), "Goin 'Back to Memphis" (Soledad Brothers), y "De Ballit of de Boll Weevil" (Lead Belly)
